ONVZ is a brand offering pure premium health insurance in the Netherlands. Brand values include being uniquely personal, stylish and involved. Key to the redesign was to create a human dialogues between brand and customer, offer transparant and accessible services. During the scrum process, we developed a website which adapts to the user (If you see me, ask about the ABCD-model) and offers layered information from concise to complete.

Navigating complex details with ease
Delightful patterns include the option to search for a specific coverage in the product pages to see whether it’s covered (and if not, which product does cover it) and the detailed information of a declaration where you can see how the money actually flows. In 2018, we also developed their new app.
